Hi, I'm Kelly

Hi, I'm Kelly. I started The Cravy Table because I kept finding recipes that looked gorgeous but left me guessing the details that matter. I want your cooking to feel calm and confident, even on busy days. Here you will find food recipes with clear steps, realistic ingredient lists, and small guidance like what to prep ahead and what to serve with it. Whether you are chasing a weekend brunch table or a quick dinner that still feels special, I write for your next meal, not just your next scroll.

How The Cravy Table started

The Cravy Table started as a folder of scribbled notes and screen grabs on my phone. I'd find a recipe, try it the same week, and then immediately write what went wrong or what I'd do differently next time. The turning point was realizing I wasn't the only one struggling with timing, seasoning, and conversions.

I figured if I was going to keep testing, I might as well share the recipes with the exact adjustments that helped them land. So I began posting the ones I'd make again without hesitation.

What you'll find here

On The Cravy Table, you'll find recipes that come from my own kitchen tests, from ingredient swaps to cook times that actually fit real life. I pay attention to how things taste after resting, how sauces thicken, and what happens when you scale up for guests. I'm careful about measurements, but I'm also honest about where I tweak things, because I've made these dishes enough times to know the patterns.

Why you can trust The Cravy Table

The Cravy Table is written and edited by one person - me, Kelly. Every guide is hand-picked and checked for accuracy and usefulness before it is published, and older pieces are refreshed as trends move on. No clickbait, no padding - just ideas I would genuinely make and save myself.
